Wonderful place with old arifacts hanging from the ceiling, friendly environment and proper hand pulled cask ale (Youngers, Theakston, Tetleys always on), the usual bar snacks available at lunchtime mon-sat 12-2.... and a happy landlord who is always pleased to serve. Oh and great staff (from one of them)

Peppers Bar, Scarborough
The pub closed this year and reopened as Saltz, friendly bar staff, good decor, nice beer garden and excellent food, definitely worth a visit.
