Crown Point Inn, Seal

Visited this Pub 29th Oct 2010 as meeting place for lunch with view to having carvery. The service, and atmosphere in the bar prior to going to the restaurant area was excellent. The choice of 3 ales was great and well kept. The food and service at the carvery were outstanding. Highly recommended.

The Hole in the Wall, Torquay

Visited pub whilst in Torquay this month and found it and the ale first class. Wish it was my local.

The Rock, Cambridge

I have recently been working in Cambridge and stayed near the Rock. I have drunk and eaten in the pub on several occasions and cannot fault the beer, food or service. A busy pub offering good food at a good price.

The Lower Bell, Blue Bell Hill

Have been visiting during the weeks for an early evening drink and found it to be a great local. This weekend had Sunday roast and it was perfect. Well cooked and presented and plenty of it. Guest ales are well kept.

The Locomotive, Wick

Visited this pub for Sunday lunch last weekend whilst in the area and had the best value food and service possible. The roast was perfect and the quantity was more than adequate. The beer was well kept as well. 10/10

The Running Horse, Leatherhead

Still the best pub for real ale in this part of surrey. The ambience is great and the service excellent. Will be even better when the no smoking rule comes in.

The Crown, Bookham

This so called pub is the worst I have visited in many years. It had the most hostile welcome from a manager with no idea about customer relations serving sub standard London Pride. A pub never to visited again.
