Went in on a thursday night and it had a cosy atmosphere the candles were alight and the lights dimmed. The customer service was great. I was greeted with a big smile and asked how i was, made an refreshing change. They had the usual fullers ale on, but the manageress started talking to me about the new stout coming out and how i should pop in and have a try. The conversation actually made me stay and extra pint! overall a great pub but could do with an update it's looking drab in parts!

This is a lovely pub, although I doubt I'd visit it again as it was a little bit to trendy for me. suit a younger crowd.

I visited this pub again over christmas, and it was wonderful. nice to walk into a pub with the fires going, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming.
I did eat this time and the Thai food was very tasty. once again i was very impressed.

This pub lacks everything for me. it is a lovely pub but there is no atmosphere, the staff are like robots and the music always seems odd to me
The menu is ok if you understand what all the posh words mean.
I feel its trailng away from what use to be a great pub, shame.

I had a lovely time in this pub. I hadn't been in for a long time as it had been very smokey, but i was delighted to see what has been done with the place. All the staff were extreamly friendly and polite. I certainly didn't see anyone behind the bar showing pictures on their phone. The price seemed fair for a fullers pub and beer was to a good standard. All in all it was an enjoyable visit

The Rose and Crown, Ealing
not been in the area for a few years and thought i would give this place another try, so glad i did great pub with nice decor and wide selection of drinks. i was very impressed as my last visit was very poor.
