By far the best pub in Chichester, with an excellent selection of local real ales at sensible prices. Could do with a refurb the flock wallpaper looks like something out of a 1970's Indian restaurant

This pub has really gone down hill lately, the pint of Youngs bitter I was served was off and was replaced with London Pride that was far too cold.

This is probably the worst of the Wetherspoons pubs in the area, the real ale selection is very disappointing with only national beers on offer on my last two visits. Why not sell local beers from some of the many small independent brewers in the area?

On my recent visit there was no real ale available, all three handpumps out of action, very disappointing, I won't be going back in a hurry

I visited this pub on Saturday night 1st December, the pub was packed and there was only two girls serving, I gave up and walked out after waiting 15 minutes to be served. I saw at least one other customer give up and leave while I was waiting.

A basic rather rub down looking pub with 2 excellent real ales, Bowmans Swift One and Sharpes Doombar, and good basic cheap lunchtime meals and great value Sunday Roast

I visited this pub recently and was shocked to be charged �3.70 for a pint of Otter Amber Ale. No wonder so many pubs are closing with rip off prices like this, I certainly won't be returning. Also there was a very unpleasant smell in the garden.

Excellent range of Fullers beers and usually an interesting guest beer Also very good value food.

Good range of Fullers beers but prices are a complete rip-off . A pint in nearby Wetherspoons is �1.15 cheaper.
