Really picked up since it re-opened, the new landlords are really making an effort, It is now clean friendly and welcoming, reasonable choice of beers all well looked after, Recommended..

Recently renovated to a high standard, very friendly and welcoming, Excellent beer with plenty of choice, Well worth a visit

The Metropolitan Bar, Luxor

Nice place for a drink, the food is average but ok, Stella is now 20LE, Feb 2009, One note about hassle, we got virtually none compared to our last visit, March 2008.

The Rumbold Arms, Great Yarmouth

Doesnt really look much from outside but what a surpise when you go in.
Quality Real Ales with plenty of choice and excellent food
Large Beer Garden at rear with swings etc for kids, good parking

Three Swans, Selby

Changed hands recently and has improved no end, Hand pulled John Smiths is pretty good, New pool tables etc. Much improved, quite a decent pub now.

Beer has picked up, It is now quite drinkable also it about cheapest in town, doesn't seem to get a many teenies in now, Much improved.

Gallon Pot, Great Yarmouth

Excellent pub. Go for lunch several times a year when we visit Great Yarmouth .food is always good,and staff friendly, Prices are what you expect in a seaside town pub.

Decent pub this the beers ok, Foods ok, Its like a local pub in the middle of town.

City and County, Goole

Cant see what the attraction is, Beers rubbish, No atmosphere at all yet it gets full of teenagers drinking out of bottles.

The Welcome Inn, Dawlish Warren

Visited here a few times in early 2007 and couldn't fault it. The staff were slow but I think most were in training, The carvery was excellent if you got in early so it was still fresh, Sat on the beautiful terrace outside, will be back.

Don't bother, Great views but thats about all, Big place with rubbish beer and rubbish food.

The Londesborough Hotel, Selby

The Londesborough is a hotel and not really a pub, They serve typical hotel beer at typical hotel prices.
As a hotel it is very good, nice rooms etc, as aa pub just avoid it.

The North Eastern Hotel, Goole

much improved, The beer is now ok. The whole pub has been cleaned up and it not too bad at all now.

Decent enough pub, Just drink bottled beer as everything else is rubbish. Tends to cater for the tennies, Fri and Sat night if your over eighteen your to old for this place.

The Anchor, Cockwood

First went to this pub in about 1997 and boy was it good. Been four or five times since but wont be going again. It has really gone downhill. Dont know what went wrong but needs to do something quick.

Doesn't do food any more, Looks like the beginning of the end.
Could be yet another victim of the smoking ban.

The Hope and Anchor, Blacktoft

Went for a meal last night, The food was excellent just too much of it, The beer was excellent, Nice pub good night alround, One complaint though Its not very easy to find.

Nothing wrong with this pub at all, Nice place,good beer, As for the food we had a meal here christmas 2007 and was very disappointed
