The Rumsey Wells, Norwich

Adnams pub. Bit trendy, caters for the younger crowd. Had a pint of Explorer which was ok but a bit cold.

The Vine, Norwich

Excellent friendly pub just off the market square. There were 4 real ales on my visit and the thai food was very tasty.

The Belgian Monk, Norwich

Very nice pub specializing in beligian beers. 8 or 9 on tap and loads more by the bottle but no real ale. Food looked good but a bit on the expensive side.

The Live and Let Live, Cambridge

Great back street local, always an interesting brew to try.

The Cambridge Blue, Cambridge

A real ale paradise. Usually 10 ales to choose from and a large fridge full of bottle beers. Probably the best pub in Cambridge.

Oliver Cromwell, St Ives

Had a trip out from Cambridge to St Ives on the infamous guided bus, had a look around and this pub was easily the best we could find. Definitely worth a look, good selection of real ales and bottled beers.

The Horniman at Hays, Southwark

They had a nice pint of Sharp's Doom Bar when I visited in the week, I reckon the pub is much better than its 4.2 rating. Yeah it was full of suits and tourists but most places are...

The Salisbury Arms, Cambridge

Nice back street pub off Mill Road. Recently changed hands but hasn't lost it charm. There are usually 8 real ales on, 2 or 3 from Charles Wells and Fullers plus some others... all well kept. One of the few pubs I know with a working jukebox (with an excellent choice of music).
