Really nice place. Clean, comfortable and genuinely friendly staff. By far the best place to go in Hertford if you want a pleasant, grown up lunch or night out.

If its too cold to hang around in Tesco carpark go here. Others give it a wide birth

Baroosh, Hertford

by far the best place in Hertford and it's surrounding area. The staff are friendly, attentive and look happy. The food is good and there it's always nice and clean inside.
