Excellent selection of beers, and great location. However, unless you like standing outside to drink, don't go there at busy times

If your gonna go here, expect:
1) Really silly tourists spending 15 minutes ordering two drinks
2) Expensive (not nice) beer
3) No tables (except outside)

The Railway Tavern, Carshalton
Its ok. Small and cosy. The main reason you should always visit this pub is that the beer is served really well.

The Windsor Castle, Carshalton
I like this pub, it has a nice feel about it. A good selection of ales which are served well. Highly recommended (careful crossing the road though).

Yes well, good beer (served too cold, but where isn't it), lots of space/tables. Ridiculously expensive food.
It was shut/refurbished for a while, and when I went back, I wasn't sure what had changed.. Still if I was crawling around Carshalton, I would definitely go here

The Old Kings Head, Borough
The beer was nice, but it was just a big room with a few tables. I got there early, and struggled to get a table. They were showing american football on the TV!!
