we are not offered carlsberg glasses any more so are given ale glasses instead.I heard one customer being told by Sxx that if he didnt like the glass given he should elsewhere then she walked off.

Any character this pub had has been killed off by the use of all the high tables and chairs in the front of the bar.Dont they cater for older people or shorter persons.This is a prime example of bad planning that has been in recent times.Someonewants to catch themselve on and get thier act together or get out.

What have you done.It looks like an army canteen.how are children going to sit at the big chairs.The configuration of the chairs in the front constitutes a serious fire hazard. It also brings up a serious H and S fault in the overcrowding.

Who was in charge yesterday.Someone sent a junior barperson to evict a noisy traveler,who should have been barred yesterday.The poor lad had his head cut open after being hit over the head with a chair.No ambulance,police called far too late.Surely these travelers should all be barred.Or the managers need educating.

whats happened to the place,cobwebs everywhere and a spider outbreak.Maybe they are giving the cleaners a rest.The staff all seem to have cut themselves or gone without sleep for two weeks.Two dead bodies up in the rafters.The beer is still good and the prices very good Food looks good.One of the staff seems to have soom nasty gashes to his head.Who said anything about Halloween..Well done guys.

Another change of manager,seems alright,only problem is the new policy of one and a half centimetres of head in a tapered glass seems to beat goverment guidelines by about another 10 percent .Anyone else experienced the same

much better of late good staff and food still acceptable for the money. My only comment is that the pub seems to be highly understaffed on a Sunday .

Returned to England after a peaceful trip abroad so I decided to visit the Moon
Familier faces but less of them .Have they had a clearout?. But another familier
thing is the constant banging of the main doors,closers not working,Maybe it is company policy to keep this annoyance so that the staff seem more efficient with less customers,all the others have walked out over the noise of the doors.
On a good note the beer is of good quality and the prices very competative.

Word is around that there are changes in the air,but nobody wants them customers and staff. The place is quite pleasant at the moment only broken by the crashing sound of the doors closing.The door closers seemed to have packed up completely,consequently "bang""bang""bang.Please could somebody do something.The onset of deafness is not something that I relish.All the best to the staff,we could not ask for better.

Tried the pub last Sunday"My God"arrived at 1230 in the afternoon and it took me12 minutes to get served,I almost gave up.Then it was a task to find a table that was not stacked up with empty glasses.I put my Sunday Telegraph down on the table then picked it up and the back page stuck to the table. What the heck do they use to clean the tables with-glue? A truly nasty experience. On the plus side the beer is good and also cheap.I would love to use the pub on a more regular basis but until the management improves I cannot see it.Sorry

After a short time away I decided to pay a visit to this pub on thursday.The beer is pretty good plenty real ales but for a Wetherspoon pub the mens toilet was disgusting.After sloshing through running water on the floor,using overflowing urinals it was not a pleasant sight.There were a lot less customers than before although talking to some they put it all down to the no show manager. I find that hard to believe.I will try again another day
