its not too bad, its convenient for those many occassions that the trains are delayed so you cant complain too much!

Nice friendly pub, situated out of the way of the busy throngs which makes it feel quite quaint. Prices are reasonable for being in the city too!

Great music, there is a wait at the bar but order yourself a couple of jugs each time and you'll be fine.

A good pub for match days when wales are at home. Door staff were welcoming.

The Fatling and Firkin, Hornchurch
Great little pub, always a friendly atmosphere and the live music is always a selling point.

Always found the doorstaff friendly and welcoming, the same cant be said for the bar staff who seem to serve their friends before anyone else. Prices are fair, music good.

Good food, frequented by chavs and there is drug dealing in the toilets but somehow there is rarely any trouble.

Best and probably safest pub in Barking. Worth the extra pennies they charge for the drinks.

Scummy - that sums it up really. The perfect pub if you've just collected your money from the job centre round the corner in your chav tracksuit, if you have one of those big purple alcoholic noses or if you're a dirty junkie.

King George V, Ilford
Toilets are yuk and the staff look like something out of a hill billy movie (bar one guy who was strangely out of place) Better than the valentine though!
