Gordon's Wine Bar, Charing Cross

I was taken here on a first date and had the best time! the guy's friend said it was a bad idea to take me there but i can honestly say i have never been to such a unique place! i was very impressed!
it has such a good atmosphere and great wines! have been there so many times since then, its becoming a real local for my friends and i. definatly worth a visit for any lover of wine and a mystery.

The White Hart Hotel, Newmarket

This is a fab pub! great food, drink and men to have a glance or to at! as its a bit more expensive, the grooms tend to give it a miss so its well worth visiting if ur in newmarket.

The Slug and Lettuce, Putney

Not bad at all on a Sunday night, Matt on guitar is cool (he's the one that doesnt look like David Becham, thats jamie).

The Railway, Putney

Full of creepy, pervy old men drinking real ale for 99p a pint because they're too tight to go anywhere else. At least there's somewhere like this to keep all the losers in one place so the everyone else can have a drink without a comment being made or a sleezy gance coming your way.

Even with the recent refurb, it still looks the same, just doesn't smell of old man's piss and young binge drinkers sick, yet.

If you want to go for a nice drink in a pub with atmosphere, go to The Fox across the road, far better, no real ales, but hey, at least no skanky old men.

The Regal, Cambridge

I was one of the drunk students that used to go there, we then moved on the the rat and parrot then quay bar. it lacks atmosphere and although recently got refurbished, doesnt look that different, apart from the huge while that has been filled...i will never sit on that bit! it used to be fun throwing thing over the edge...

I used to go here before the by-pass was built! I was really small and played on the swings outside! if its anything like it used to be then its a really good pub to go to!

Brampton Mill, Brampton

I used to go here before the days of out and out with my family for meals. good place to go after the races as it still has good food. has changed loads in the past 10 years and due to the out and out management it has gone down hill compared to the good old days, when i very little and used to be amazed by the glass tables that could let u look at different parts of the water wheel. in the afernoons it can be a bit annoying as there's young mum's drinking wkd blue with babies, (sometime screaming).

worth a visit if you're at huntingdon races.
