over priced and definatly over rated. this place things they are the big i am in hertford when they are definatly the worst place to go if u want freindly staff, lovely atmosphere and a good evening with freinds

Went here recently after got off at wrong train station, have visited before so came inside instead of waiting outside at the station in the rain! Very dark pub, menu slighlty off putting. lots of young staff who didnt know what they were doing...wont be going back this side of christmas

I heard this pub had been referbd and had new managers so went for lunch with friends last week. Lots of choice on menu, big specials boards as well as loads of bar snacks. Good selection at bar, staff friendly..MUCH IMPROVED!

The Blackbirds, Hertford
very cheap, very loud and very full. expect queues in the rain for hours to be waiting at the bar for ages and disappointed with the drink u finally put your hands on.
