The Red Lion and Pineapple, Acton

I like this pub. Despite it being a Weatherspoons its a good place to have a cheap! drink after work.
You have to mingle with the old blokes that have been there since lunchtime - but they are harmless (and quite funny)...

The Common Room, Ealing Common

Really nice pub. Too nice (makes it a bit out of place in good ol' Ealing Common). Friendly bar staff. Drinks bill can add up quickly after a few rounds. Definitely recommend if in the neighbourhood.

The Harrison, St Pancras / Kings Cross

I found this pub on this site, as I was glad I went. It was such a lovely place to sit and drink. It was a Tuesday night but the place was busy but quiet. The interior is nice and the staff very friendly. I thought it would be rather expensive but under �10 a round (pint and a double jd). Dinner was under �20 as well... Lovely meals. I would recommend the risotto.

The Queens Arms, South Kensington

Great Pub. Went here before a show at the Royal Albert Hall... Although in an upmarket part of London everyone there seemed down to earth and just out for a drink and a chat. Very friendly. Good size meals and inexpensive. Want to move, so it can become my local! :)
