Recently taken over Jan 2006, the Pub had been closed for weeks because of fighting, new landlord, bit dowdy and dingy but not too bad, new landlord has no big plans other than to be a "local trouble free pub"

Revamped, new manager, really good pub, family bar well away from main area, good food, excellent pub to visit.

Pub is fine, good beers bit pricey, Landlord is arguementative bstard though. Dont ruffle his feathers he is fond of barring people. Not me I hasten to add, witnessed him barring someone, for a very very minor offense.

the good old "Shirley Bassey" Great nights no aggro, beer a bit pricey, but worth a visit.

Students paradise, ggod if thats what you want, cloudy draughts, bad tempered manager, wants to see ID all the time.

Taken over recently by the same bloke that runs the Royal on Marton Drive, cheapish beer, good friendly barstaff. Not too many nutters go in now, an ok pub not tried the food though.

Monday nights is a quiz night, really good night
Landlord Chris Arnold, makes this Pub one of the best in Blackpool. Food is good prices are in line with other spirit pubs, �1.70 a Pint for fosters, cheap deals on Bottles etc... really great pub to visit, bit busy thursday to sunday. Worth a visit!

Nice easy going pub, could do with a lick of paint, but the beer makes up for the decor
