Top Pub!

The Academy, Southampton

The 'Hoff' picture is great!

Still a bit of a dive, but the cheesy 80's music is great.

The Three Guineas, Reading

Good pub, great atmosphere on rugby days (London Irish). Can be a bit lively on football days, last time I went was when my team played Reading in Feb. Little bit of trouble there.

Best Guinness outside of Dublin.

The Hampshire Bowman, Dundridge

A summer pub! they have a beer festival in the summer which is brilliant.

Good ales and has now got better since the changes.

Good food as well.

The White Swan, Bishops Waltham

Great shame this pub has shut, remember Ted (landlord) opening up at 6 in the morning to watch the Lions tour last year on the widescreen.

Always a good pub and the service was great, friendly and by far the best pub in Bishop's Waltham.

Yates's, Bangor

Average pub, only a Yates.

Good service.

The Horse and Jockey, Curbridge

Great pub, I head to this pub when I want a peaceful drink.

The pub went through a stage in the late 90's when it was a real dive, the new owners have turned it around into one of the best pubs I have ever been to.

Great location next to the river.

Good ales and beers (HSB on tap) and friendly locals.

Note. Parking is really tight and at lunch times, impossible.
