Fraid it's not a freehouse, it's the flagship Everards pub. It has still maintained a good food/beer reputation though, another bonus is one of the (if not the)largest whisky/ey collections in the country! Last time i was there we got soundly beaten by their skittles team.

This pub has improved hugely over the last year with the introduction of Kate and Nobby as the new landlords. There are always 7 or 8 real ales on tap aswell as good ciders, mostly from micro brewaries not least Nobby's own brewery which is currently in Kettering though there should be news of a new brewary at the back of the pub when permission is given. Good pub getting better. Food is available at all the usual times. There is a pool table in the bar. There are regular quiz nights and monthly acoustic music sessions (first monday of the month if if you are of that leaning?).

The Ward Arms, Guilsborough
Congratulations to Nobby and Kate, the Ward Arms is now in the 2008 Camra Good Beer Guide, well deserved.
