Nice unless its Friday night and you can't physically move. Great place to park the motor outside and sit in the window watching the ladies and the world go by.

Know most of the barstaff from school days so no problems there. Lovely in the summer, even better now its non-smoking.

Much better now theres not so many youngsters in there. Nice service, staff remember you, can be a bit clicky at times, but just ignore that. Much better than it was when it was the Slug.

Never really used to like this place that much but really good vibe going there on a Saturday night there. Bit of a proper pub these days, adequate food, good service, some real characters in there too. Very pleasant for a quiet night out. Bar staff should make more of an effort to keep the bar clean though, as I'm forever getting stuck to it!

Very pleasant. Nice food, friendly and attentive staff, especially the american lady, who;s name escapes me. Not sure if she even works there any more. Nice little regular if you fancy a swift one before going home.

Absolutely amazing. Reminds me of Scarletts / Angies Den from EastEnders. A really amazing place, the best cocktails, very upmarket with perfectly pleasant prices and lovely food - you have to try the Jacket Potato skins! The decor is amazing and this place is full of new booths and corners to discover. Absoutely smashing, can't sing its praises enough!

The only place were you may apparently smoke any substance except cigars for some reason. Nice apart from that. Good music, look out for Red Stripe.

Proper pub, proper people, lovely for standing outside of a summers evening. Don't ever change. This is our regular for afternight drinks on a Friday and can't be beaten.

Been several times with work. This place is great, real proper italian mafia scene, HOWEVER it is ruined by the large plasma tv playing MTV R&B, completely out of place! Apart from that, very nice indeed.

Exclusive and classy but full of people with a bit too much room between their eyes. Very image concious. The absentia of Jack Daniels makes an automatic turnoff for me. Alright for one night. No more.

Really nice food, really good staff, never had a bad meal here. Will continue to frequent it!
