Great! Excellent food, excellent ales, friendly welcome; a fantastic game-area for kids and children; a breathtaking view on Newquay bay.
Absolutely great!

Is it a Pub? Or something else? However, I really can't believe, that so many people in London drink "Peroni"...

A L'Imaige De Nostre-Dame, Brussels
Such a strange place! It's very small and difficult to find and its's not so well-kept. But you find here a really typical atmosphere, and most of all, you can find here a pleasant moment of rest. I've drank a wonderful, superb "Bourgogne ds Flandres".

Went many years ago, and I had no good memory. I came back and I've found it really good. The look is typical of the "estaminet", warm, friendly and elegant. The selection of belgian beer is great (but the "Vieux Temps" smells not so good, specially if you compare it with the fabolous other belgian beers). It's worth a visit!

This is one of the best places to drink one beer in the whole world. The "lambic doux" of the house is simply magic, the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are in Brussels, you absolutely can't miss a little break here. Great!

Great place and great idea! The delays become much more easier to accept, when you have a good, kindly served and genuine bavarian beer (or also an excellent Weissbier) to drink!

I did not try the food: I've only drank one bitter. And it was really good. The local is a little too "disco-oriented" for me, but it doesn't matter

I really thank these guys of Pommeler's Rest, because after 3 days I've found a really "family-friendly" pub: me, my wife and my little boy had a great time here, with some good ale. Also the food was OK.

The Bunch Of Grapes, Knightsbridge
Went back - or better I've tried to - last friday: I confess, I did'nt know the rule of "children-not-allowed" (and I don't understand it), but it's OK. I accept. Unfairness I don't accept. We were sent away like thieves, from a lady who stared at my baby in stroller like it was a wild animal. That's whay I rate it 1. Not 0, just because they did'nt beat us...

Ilove this place. I confess that I hated beer until I was 18: I only drank COke.
Then I went to AugustinerKeller, Arnulfstrasse in Munich, with my brother. He told me to try 1 Augustiner Edelstoff. Just for fun I ordered a beer, and when I saw it was an hald-a-liter glass, I told to my brother: "I get just a try, then you drink the rest." Well, it was absolutely magic to drink that beer and I still remember the laughing face of my brother as he saw that in just one minute, my beer was already over. The first of a long line...
So, every time I go to Munich, I like to visit this place, that remains the best Beergarden of the town with the best beer (and also a fantastic food). Maybe because it's really the best; maybe just because of what happened to me, 18 years ago...

The Sir Francis Drake Pub, Padova
The SFD is the pub you always need to have, near by your house. You can get some surprisingly smooth italian beer (or some good lager and a real bitter), served with passion, have some wonderful dishes, talk about everything and smile over everything. Come and see it!

Great decorations and good food. I only didn't understand why the staff let people smoke in the no-smoking area.
