this pub is great for a quiet drink as its really peaceful in there but the carpet smells a bit and the staff seem really sad like someone has just died, anyway the bar manager seems like a decent guy but the old lady that thinks she in her 40s and not 60s is something else.

looks like riversidebev has had too many lemons cos she sounds so bitter!!! anyway this pub is now what a pub should be like and am now a regular again after 3 years of avoiding th eplace, well done to the staff!!

went back for a pint and theres a new girl called kim there now, sorry to see the old lady go but the pub actually has an atmosphere now and a lot of the locals seem to be coming back so it seems like a nicer place than before. WELL DONE.

went in there first time in ages and noticed new owners are taking over with a little more life than the miserable old bloke thats in their previous. Good luck to them as they should do well if they spend some money on the place.

they have sky sports in there too now so another reason to go down there and check it out.......
