Revisited after probably a couple of years, nothing has changed of importance. A proper country pub (take note gastro pubs and rural winebars!) In a way ot would be better to keep this a secret.......

Food is very good - proper home cooking and good portions. Relaxed atmosphere and a good garden if you go in summer! Probably need to book on a Sunday if you are a party.

Best avoided if you are over 20 or not keen on football on tv!!

Lovely pub - good food and beer and a very jolly host! Can be very busy at weekends!

Well it is now closed - overpriced food, poor quality clearly the cause!

Far too posh! Not a place to go after a walk with the dog - more a wine bar atmosp[hers and 'cheffy' menu which is pricey.

Just got home - fab 'delay' on the way back from work, good beer & excellent company!
