The venue is as cold as the staff who finally served us. Drafty and I am not talking about the ales. If serving people is too much effort, get another job. One cut I would welcome from the coalition.

Dreadful service especially from the young pink haired "punk" girl. I felt more stared out then served, also they couldn't manage to serve food and have a "vintage" sale at the same time. We went elsewhere.

Staff are very slow to serve. I stood opposite 4 of them eating as I waited for a drink and then was treated poorly. They may be just short sighted? Some P45's need to be handed out. I won't recommend the pub.

Now renamed The Britannia. The pub was unusually busy due to the local fireworks display and the service was a shambles. Staff didn't know who was to be served next. We left.

Poor service for food. They couldn't handle a table of 5 ordering at lunch time. We waited for over na hour. Staff looked exhausted, maybe they should spend more time on service then looking good.

Freezing in the winter as the door wouldn't shut. Needs time to flurish.

Bar staff seem to only serve their friends even if your next in line and you stand patiently with a smile. Bah.

It's used to be something but now it's a spill on for c grade celebs/Channel 4 presenters and usual coke heads. The toilets stink and I have seen a cockroach on the floor. Where there's one....

Shoddy interior and quite dirty seating, floors. Like a makeshift pub that should be a gem in Lutterworth's historic brewary crown. Wasted opportunity.

Poor service...Pitch a tent, it can be quite a wait for your order...They don't allow you to order a bowl of chips without ordering a main meal...What happened to having a bar snack? Staff and management need to shake a leg. I feel they are punching above their weight in terms of price for beer and food.

Horrible place. Avoid unless you like poor service, rude staff, no room and over priced beer. Fill your boots.

The Old Queens Head, Islington
The pub looks fantastic and is a relaxed place to go on a sunday. However, the bar staff are slow and the kitchen is disorganised and far too pricey for the food served. Very disapointing. It used to be better.

The Queens Head, Lambeth
Recently visited and found it under new management. Feels better and the roast dinners on a Sunday were well priced and great amounts of food. Nice cider too.
