The Percy Arms, Chilworth

4/10 is overrated for this place.
The plus points Mmmmm only 2 the car park being large and the garden, then it goes downhill quickly, food below average, wine very expensive and beer just cloudy and off.
Someone told me to look on the `scores on the doors` webpage for their rating, interesting reading.

The Jolly Farmer, Bramley

In the other night 4/5 ales on the go still abit hit and miss for our taste.Have to say the general staff are friendly enough.

ps if the cap fits etc.

4 Dec 2010 13:00

Guzzler got to say if I had a pub and someone came in with a dog trailing mud i`d show them the door with my boot up their backside, thank goodness most dog owners are not that stupid !!!

Wheatsheaf, Crowborough

Called in on the way through this village had a pint of Harveys beer which was top notch did not eat so no comment on food.
But have to say it looks like a advertising stunt that has pushed this to no.one in the charts,it`s good but like a lot of others Cask & Kitchen being another the best it ain`t. 6/10

The Blue Ship, The Haven

Jolly sort of place not like some with the same name (Jolly that is)beer stright from the barrel that will do for me hic.

7 Sep 2008 17:10

Fox Inn, Rudgwick

Not too bad for a roadside pub only stopped for a snack which was good, not into fish so possibly not a plaice for me (no pun intended).

7 Sep 2008 17:08

The Jolly Farmer, Bramley

Meoow someone stood on the cats tail here .
I think the last comment from the "LANDLORD"talks volumes for the "attitude" shown by this pub to customers.Shame thers not an alternative pub in the village.
I also thought in California you tip for service you get and don`t have it added automatically to the price you pay for food and drink.

7 Sep 2008 17:03

The Legion, Guildford

Not a great place fills a slot i`d say (just).

7 Sep 2008 16:51

The Kings Head, Guildford

This in my humble opinion is the best pub in the town, bar nun (no pun intended).
