as if the bloody local council would permit that they wont even accept a house refurbishment in Esher just because its near the green.

im new to this but yeah.....yeah thats not true is it???? i bet you don't have a clue your just lying i heard its changing into loads of stuff first a bloody wine bar then a restaurant then a famous take-out then a local chain of pubs then i heard it was going to be a bloody driv-through take-out .............anyway i went to the bear in the beginning of September it was a nice quite cold day they had a lovely roaring fire going and although it was not very busy the atmosphere was lovely, the manageress/barmaid was very pleasant and helpful with a great knowledge of the trade and the food was excellent. i would definitely go again if it will still be around. Thanks
