McSorleys, Glasgow

One of my favourite bars in Glasgow. To go from dance music/DJ on a Friday night to Jazz on a Saturday afternoon AND be busy for both is amazing! The staff are first class, the food is amazing and they always have a copy of The Guardian to read :) Only downside-and its minor-are the toilet doors never lock and you need to make sure you have toilet paper in your bag!

For food I'd give it full marks-atmosphere isn't always great and pub part isn't my kind of bar.

The Tap Room, Hamilton

Staff, atmosphere and cocktails are first class-if I stay in Hamilton at the weekend always try and visit. Food is alright too!!

The Polo Lounge, Glasgow

Always have a great laugh in The Lounge-music downstairs is cheesy pop, upstairs more chart and dance. Think the staff are brilliant for how busy it always is.
