The Blackwood Arms, Littleworth Common

Very pleased to see the Blackwood open again. Friendly staff, great beer and food, and coped admirably with a large group of walkers descending on a Saturday lunchtime!

Harte and Magpies Pub, Coleshill

I see "Bitterboy" or "Littleboy" perhaps has been slandering all over this site. I am not the owner of this or any pub, just a punter who enjoys a decent pint and a pleasant pub. I thing the overall rating for the Harte speaks for itself.

The French Horn, Gerrards Cross

It's gone beyond "Closed down", tis nought but a pile of rubble!

Harte and Magpies Pub, Coleshill

Enjoyed the Beer Festival last weekend. Great selection of local ales.

Please, do it again!

The Tower Inn, Slapton

We were lucky, getting a table to eat on a Friday night on spec, and a place in the car park as well! (maybe don't try it if you have a large car or one too many of their superb local ales!).
Did have to wait nearly an hour for the food to arrive, but it was a step or two above yer average pub fayre (they have got Egon Ronay & Les Routiers recommendations) so it was worth it.
Definitely recommended.

The Plume Of Feathers, Princetown

Stopped by for lunch last week, after finding the landlord of the PoW was more interested in just about anything than serving customers.
This pub was certainly better than the review below might suggest - the beer (Dartmoor IPA) was top and the food- especially the ploughmans - was pretty special!

The Clytha Arms, Clytha

Love this place. Always stop off on the way down to Gower, knowing I can get a quality bar lunch and a decent interesting pint (or two) of something local.

The Jolly Cricketers, Seer Green

This place is vastly improved now, decent beer, pleasant atmosphere, food looks good too, although haven't tried it yet. Nice to have a good quality pub within walking distance! Deserves a better rating than it currently shows, so here's one above the average...

The White Horse, Hedgerley

Fantastic and deservedly popular country pub, top beers, good garden, beer festivals.
Can't undertsand why this place is showing such a low rating at the moment. If you love beer, you'll love this pub.
