A warm wecome always awaits the regular drinker or the passer by.
The beers are in the best of conditions and there is always a real cider or perry on handpump. twice a year beer festivals are always well attended

Best pub in Huddersfield. Beers are always in tip-top condition, served by a landlord who knows his ale and how to look after it. Huddersfield CAMRA Pub of the Year 2004
