Ben Crouch's Tavern, Fitzrovia

Went to this pub a few weeks back on a Wednesday after work. Quite busy at the time, though not too bad with a number of office workers enjoying an after work pint or two. I had to wait minimal time at the bar for my drink, which arrived in no time. I then progressed to park my arse on nice comfy seating and enjoy the ornate and some might call gothic surroundings whilst listening to a good diverse selection of music. There are even classic horror films on tvs behind the bar should your wait there be of any length. A Good boozer in all.

I like this boozer. It's a bit like marmite in that you either like it or loathe it.

Booze is cheap for area, as is food especially if you are a student given the 'Yellow Card' promotion - or if you have nicked one. I can understand why some of the more up market types would not like it, as some of the furniture is not up to scratch and the toilets are a little on the dirty side.

Footy is live on TV and there are numerous of these, so a good view is virtually guaranteed. Thursday nights are always popular, given that it's 1.25 a drink on most drinks - Arse as father Jack would say!!!

The Spanish Galleon, Greenwich

I don't actually mind this place at all!

Nice place to chill for a pint after work, beer always of a good quality, though price wise a little on the expensive side.

I do not know anything more to say about this shit hole that has not already been said. Dire chip board pub now says 'England Merry England' on top of the previous comment.

Dire interior, dire clientele. Close please! All the oiks inside can filter off to the offy and then to their park bench
