The North End Tavern, Worcester Park
Food good, staff good, nice locals but don't go there when the manageress is there as she only has time for a few people and is rude to everyone else, particularly us more mature customers.

Poppped in briefly recently to see the improvements, it has had lick of paint and does not seem as bad as the last time we were there. Mind you anything would be an improvement on drug taking at the bar!
It wasn't too bad and was reminiscent of the period about five years ago when it was quite a nice pub. We shall have to wait and see......

The Old Drill, Worcester Park
Against my better judgemant I visited last summer after the review that said it was improved as under new management. It was seriously awful - run by some builder who wanted a club for his builder mates! A 12yr old kid (son of said builder) was hustling on the pool table!!
Returned recently as I had seen there were renovations going on. THINGS ARE LOOKING UP! Although all works are not complete - it is under new management again and they are hoping to make it a family pub with a new menu etc. Hopefully this will now become the local that Worcester Park needs.
