Shame the last review was so negative as it does not reflect the pub as it is today .. Beer is always top notch with a good selection.. Friendly and the food seems to be popular. Friendly clientele and nice surroundings .. big beer garden/yard in the summer with ample seating

This pub has not been the same since the famous "Davy brothers" left the Village.

The Crown and Sugarloaf, Bride's Lane
Arrived at 2 oclock on a friday.. the place was empty which should have set alarm bells ringing .. The beer is Samuel Smiths and at best its mediocre, but in this pub it was off .. When I pointed this out to the barman, he could not be less interested and without even trying it himself said " well thats all there is, its a new barrel " ( he'd obviously never heard of a dodgy barrel) And this is the big problem with this brewery .. lack of choice .. you can have one bitter one larger or one cider and all of them are samual smiths.. I won't be sorry to see this place has shut down ...

Great " Proper " London pub .. good beer and friendly staff.

The Lamb and Flag, Covent Garden
Great, Great Pub Always have the Harveys and its always a well kept pint. Friendly staff and theres always enough people behind the bar.. When the sun's shiuning you can stand out in the court yard, never visit Covent Garden area without paying this pub a visit. The loo's are fine I've seen much worse.

Not a great pint had .. The place is clean but indifferent bar staff. Won't be going back.

Great pub .. not really a local but more for dining .. Great Mexican food and I would reccomend the Fahitas.. Site on the Creek with ample car park .. perfect on a summers day or cold winter night. Friendly staff especially waitresses.

The Park Tavern, Sittingbourne
Nice little locals pub with some great characters.. Friendly and well kept Sheps Beer.. A little off the high street but worth the walk.

I thought I was common until I went into the Summoner, By the time I came out I felt like David Niven !
The thing is with these supermarket pubs is that the bar staff are not trained properly.. Stand near the till and you get served, stand anywhere else and you have to wait and wait and wait... I never actually got a pint in this pub as someone got nearer the till than me and I had been waiting nearly 10 minutes already .. I suddenly realised why I don't use this chain and left never to return. Life is too short...

Bombadier is �1.90 a pint and for a lunch time ... Its an Hour well spent in this German Cruiser... The staff are friendly , It has the feel of a chain pub which it probably is .. But hay �1.90 !!!
