No I haven`t heard from scamp but he is probably from a rival pub why would a customer of the crown spoil its good name it doesnt make sense

What is happening to berrintheevening they are wiping comments without reason but allowing obsene ones to remain. The Crown is a great pub and lots of good comment have gone including mine, what is happening BITE?

I did find this pub dirty but the nasty comments about the landlady are totaly unnecessary.

I object to being accused of a false posting I am new to bite hence the new posting mor4e will be going on. Do you have a problem with such a good pub? I can`t think why. Try the pub yourself ands see how good it is

I am new to this area and was recommended this pub by a work mate and I am glad he did,best pub around. I love the live music on a Sunday afternoon

Re comment below I think you have the wrong Crown, the landlord is a little untidy but dirty and scruffy not. I think this comment is either the wrong pub or yet another put on by an other pub trying to put this wonderful pub down. The landlord is not rude and encourages business he doesn't turn it away, the pub wouldn't be so popular if he was.
