Yep reburbed and open for business, very much the same, off key singer, ignorant customers, main bar is the annexe for Southport general mortuary dept, you can tell I didn't like it nice bar staff felt sorry for them.

Had a few waiting for the train as its right next to the station, clean and tidy and very happy Barlady made very welcome, excellent!

Beautiful spotless bar, packed with customers diners and drinkers, meals looked amazing, and the beer was outstanding had Mere Blond , delicious. Lovely evening out.

Didn't enjoy my visit, barman blanked me, so went round the corner, but did feel a bit invisible.

Park Hotel, Birkdale
Barmaid who checks Customer's identity wouldn't be out of place on Checkpoint Charlie, very officious attitude, and a bit scary!!
But the Vier is very tasty, and I like Birkdale plenty of other pubs and cafes, bistros, to have a stroll around.
