It still struggles - no atmosphere, staff always changing, forget the food. Why can't Woodham have a decent pub? This should be a gold-mine!

The Sands is a very friendly pub - thanks to Carla & her staff - particularly Olly & Sophie. The wines are excellent as is the food. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Definately worth a visit

Must be one of the best, friendliest pubs in this part of the world. Landlord is a diamond, food is first class and the Brakspears is extremely well kept. Log fire, intimate atmosphere in a real English pub. Blissful!

Wills O'Nats, Meltham
Had lunch in February on a family visit from Surrey. Absolutely spot-on! Superb ale, food was tip-top, roaring fire and best of all, the landlord was jolly, funny and very communicative. Well worth the trip out.
