Couldn't find a 'proper' pub in Bournemouth until I stumbled across this gem. Friendly staff, nice greeting and very good range of real ales kept perfectly. Food good. Top marks to the bar maid for the professional eviction of an unsavoury character!

What a difference a year makes. This pub has gone from being one of the best to one of the worst in Windsor. Come on Fullers you can do better than this!

I can't believe how much this pub has improved. Food excellent, drinks fantastic (Abbot is superb!) staff brilliant. A 'proper'pub with ambience and one you should visit soon.

Visited this pub 3 nights ago. Staff not too keen to change a murky 6X and the second one was also as bad! The third pint - a different cask ale - was also cloudy and past its best. Unfriendly and no sign of the management.
