The Dinton Hermit, Ford Village
As the previous poster said, the emphasis is on food (which is very good) but they're more than happy to accommodate drinkers - even on a Sunday lunchtime. The beer is well kept, the staff are friendly and the pub is in a beautiful village location.

Exceptional beers in a wonderful old pub. There's a nice beer garden out the back where they still play Aunt Sally

A hidden gem. Well kept beers and a lovely garden. Well worth a visit

Under new management. The juke box has gone with the pool table to follow. There are kids running riot around the bar area until late into the evening and the garden is now equipped with kids toys and a bouncy castle. This all part of the transformation into a family friendly eating establishment. Great if you like kids but not so good if you want a drink and a game of pool

The Green Dragon, Haddenham
The Green Dragin is currently closed after Enterprise Inns doubled the rent and the current management told them to shove it!
