The Hung, Drawn and Quartered, Tower Hill

Nice pub, welcoming staff & good ales (I haven't eaten there ...yet) beer is a bit pricy but that is to be expected given the location. when I was there last it was reasonably busy but the staff coped well, considering the number of people who popped in for a quick pint and the crowd in the dining area the whole place was still kept clean & tidy. all in all a good little find.

The Cat's Back, Wandsworth

Lovely little pub, the staff are welcoming and the beer is good, so is the food! there is a large outdoor space at the back of the pub and the cinema evenings are a great idea, Price wise it's very reasonable too.

The Captain Cook, Putney

Now back to being the Northumberland - and what a difference a name makes!!!

Popped in a few times now, Flowers on HP & very well kept (they also have Bass on Hand pump) good range of lagers, wines & spirits
This is more of a traditional style pub serving good food which for what you get is very reasonably priced, the beer, I was on the flowers IPA, is well kept & at 3 pint perfectly acceptable.
The staff & owner are very welcoming & the place now has a very nice feel to it, they have three big screens but even when there is a football match on it's not to intrusive if your not watching, the open fires & sofa's give the place a cosy feel even though it has very high ceilings.
All in all a VERY nice pub ! well worth the visit.

The Marble Hill, St Margarets

I went to the Rising Sun last night & I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!
Looks a bit shabby from the street but more than makes up for it with good beer & a warm welcome! well worth a visit!
Lets hope when Youngs "do" the place up, this time they will actually think a bit & not make it a carbon copy of all the other pubs!!

The Bricklayers Arms, Putney

This is by far and away one of the best pubs in London!
The beer is always good & the welcome is always friendly, WARNING!! be carefull when you visit!

I often pop in for a "quick" beer & somehow find myself leaving at closing time!
