The Duke of Buckingham, Kingston Upon Thames

Horrible management couple with a rude vulgar nasty dried up Magdalene nun at the helm.
Her 30 stone fawning 'socialist' husband keeps her gossip circulating.
Yobs and skanks run the show and the 'management' let them rule the roost.

A disgrace to the once great pub culture!!

The Canbury Arms, Kingston Upon Thames

I remember when this was a real pub with real people and live music.
Now 2 star hygiene rating for the most pretentious twats in Kingston.

Yuk

The Albion, Kingston Upon Thames

I hear the idiot Crowley that was in the Fairfield Tavern is back in the Albion.
Whatever happened to good old pub managers. This fella like the horrible couple in the Duke Villiers Rd takes pleasure in using and abusing people and idle nasty gossip about people far better than themselves
All the drinkers seem to be gone to Wetherspoons where a pint is top notch at a reasonable price and nice polite bar staff.
This buffoon won't last long in the Albion like the last buffoon that ended up in court.

Trash!

The Maypole, Surbiton

Too Irish for my liking.

The Duke of Buckingham, Kingston Upon Thames

Last of the traditional pubs. Good Irish and locals scene and will remain open as they have bought the building and saved it from the developers.

The Bricklayers Arms, Kingston Upon Thames

Friendly welcoming locals local with lots of characters. Zoe is a great manager and barmaid and makes you feel welcome and knows how to talk to the customers, not like the ignorant attitude in the nearby pubs. I hear the rude ignorant South African barman is gone so I shall be returning more often

The Grey Horse, Kingston Upon Thames

I heard The Grey Horse was closing down, not sure how true this is. I have great affection for this pub as it became my local when I moved to the area in 1993. Had some great times and great music. Newt was the barman back then, he was a music encyclopedia. Sadly the Kingston pub and music scene is gone into the history books.Empty pubs charging over 4 quid a pint. I don't get it.
