This cnould be a nice pub with a lot of work done to it. Unfortunately, the work isn't being done. This is probably one pub that I wouldn't mourn if it closed. Avoid like the plague.

Been my 'local' for 10 years now. The barstaff and customers are friendly, but gets very manic on football days (close to Dagenham ans Redbridge football club) and the disco on friday nights.
Unfortunately, the landlady has pretty much given up on the pub and it is frequently out of beer on tap and having to resort to bottles of beers sometime purchased from the nearby offie.

An ok type of pub, but has a policy that sets a mimimum tariff when football is being shown on the tv.

Lord Denman, Dagenham
A typical Wetherspoons. Nothing special except for the customers. Firdt night I drank in there, the whole pub kicked off and a riot ensued. Filthy tables, stinking toilets and bog standard beers and dodgy real ales (the Speckled Hen tasted like slops). Gets busy on a summer day and the 'beer garden' is always full of screaming babies/adults.
Hell on earth.
