I read on a pub blog the other day that this place is one of the most over-rated pubs in London? And frankly I agree. What a tip!

The Kings Arms, Waterloo
Very disappointing development. Tomasch - first class barman. Landlord is a rude twit. Learn to treat your customers properly mate. Should be the best pub in Waterloo. But now easily beaten by the (appalling) Wellington.
