went here for boat race day just gone. Ideal location, efficient service with a smile, quality pint of Young's - obviously managed very well.

Looking for a city pub? You've found it here. Can't wait to have a drink outside under the beautiful market when the weather becomes that bit warmer. Busy but you'll see why. Very efficient staff and friendly with it.

Excellent Young's bitter and special. Ideal for lunch meetings as the restaurant is superb. Thoroughly enjoyed my Steak and Kidney Pudding as did my very important overseas client. Wine List is extensive with Wines of the Month also. Good service, good staff, good all-round.

Great to see traditional boozers still going - shame if it changes. Now doing food in the evening which is proving popular - downstairs is good for a more intimate drink with that "special" colleague! Good quality Young's!

Went to the quiz last night - we all really enjoyed ourselves! Great little buffet as well. Good news is the Management said it will be a quarterly event so hopefully will keep going! Good atmosphere in a very friendly pub.
