Earl, Crewe

Beer not too good, but clean and good for sport, does get full of youngsters but not seen any trouble, not too bad considering where it is.

The British Lion (the Pig), Crewe

The only real pub along Nantwich Road and about the only one where you actually feel comfortable having a drink, not a nice area. Decent pint and friendly.

The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston

If you're a real ale lover then this place is for you, good food too especially the curries. Good beer garden in the summer.

42nd Street, Whitley Bay

Often seems to be first on the list for the Whitley Bay crawl, gets busy about 8 then everyone seems to move on to the other delights of this FANTASTIC town. If you aint had a night in Whitley Bay, WHY THE HELL NOT ? Clean pub, decent staff and customers.

The Bridge Inn, Audlem

Real ales served, and reasonable priced food. Situated on the Shropshire Union Canal, beer garden, kids welcome. Place could maybe do with a lick of paint but proper drinkers pub and plenty of characters, very friendly staff and customers.

The Shroppie Fly, Audlem

Situated on the Shropshire Union canal in the beautiful village of Audlem and named after a famous working narrowboat from days gone by. Great outdoor beer area in summer and great live bands at weekends, check out Rockin'Horse, class act. Also good food.

The Limelight Live Music Club, Crewe

Probably among the best live music venues anywhere in the country, good beer too, a diamond.

Brannigans, Chester

Don't bother, arrogant and ignorant doorstaff, crap beer and moronic customers, apart from that, its fine.
