The Bricklayers Arms, Putney

What's happened to The Bricklayers?
This used to be one of my favorite pubs but it seems to have lost something. The nice chairs have gone the skittles has gone the Timothy Taylors has gone!!
The barman is rude especially at closing time when he becomes very aggressive trying to get people out.
I am going to give another try tonight and hope it restores my faith in this pub.
Will get back to you all tomorrow.

Great pub. I use this pub on a regular basis with a few friends. The Landlord Edgar is superb and always has time for a chat. Beer is well kept if a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Just one gripe,the service is let down by the surly and rude attitude of the South African barmaid. If she is not interested in serving people I suggest she gets a job cleaning toilets,it would suit her personality. Apart from her I will continue to avail myself of their produce. Cheers!
