Nice Beers and nice food - I recommend the sausages.
Can get rather busy at lunch times.

The Elephant and Castle, Elephant and Castle
Nice beer garden and nicely done out interior.
Usually quiet at lunch but can get busy in the evenings.

Charlie Chaplin, Elephant and Castle
A proper local for locals who are down to earth and sociable.
This bar took over from the Elephant & Castle when they got rid of their pool table. Winner stays on!
A mostly international make-up of pool players who pop in for a sociable drink and chat.

Food seems to have gone downhill slightly but it could have been an off day.

A really nice welcome from Manager and customers alike.
A great pint of Guinness.
Nicely done out with plenty of chairs and tables.

Nice enough bar that serves a good pint.
Food is now available and the sandwiches are all around �3 and are recommended.
Seems quiet now but once the word gets around and the warmer weather starts I'm sure it'll kick off nicely.
No idea what it is like at night but might be tempted by the quiz night sometime.

The William, Borough
Went to watch the footy on Sunday and it was closed - despite the sign stating you can watch all the games on Sky Sports and ESPN.
