The Salutation, Hammersmith

Used to be a thriving pub back in the 90's when it had two bars. Since opening into one bar has lost some of it's appeal to some locals, though, can't knock the beer or the food (excellent). A major plus for this pub is it's fantastic beer garden, which is packed during the summer. Unusual to see a high street pub with such a great feature!!

The Shanakee, Ealing

Friendly atmosphere, staff and owners friendly, packed on St. Patrick's night, one of the few places around town to have a good pint of Guinness.
