The Kings Head, Bristol

I have just been told by a trusted source in Bristol that this wonderful pub (or should I call it a museum) has closed its doors... another victim to the dwindeling custom.
What a shame this was a beautiful original Pub.
Please will someone buy this Pub and open it again!!

Just a reminder that we should use it or loose it.

White Swan, Stoke Golding

Friendly pub with excellent value for money food. Real ales from Everards, plus Adnams Broadside. Well kept beers. Can get very busy when food is served. Recommended.

Cafe Gollem, Amsterdam

I've been going to this pub now since 1977 when I first moved to Amsterdam. In all this time it hasnt changed at all. Apart from getting rid of the piano and creating 3 more seats that is.
Every visit is a dilemma. So many beers to choose from! I usually drink one of the guest beers on tap, never been disappointed yet. Was in there on Monday for the first time in a year. Guest beer: Charles Quint brewed near Gent in Belgium. Dark and strong (9%), the way I like beer best.
If you are in Amsterdam then dont miss this pub!

Polsham Arms, Paignton

One of the few real 'old' pubs in Paignton. Typical locals pub. Friendly atmosphere (lounge bar). Decent pint too.

Isaac Merritt, Paignton

Good place to eat for the price. Look for the specials... Sometimes difficult to get a seat though. Friendly staff, decent choice of beers.
