The Queens Head, Old Woking

Now boarded up. Can't see it re-opening.

Mayford Arms, Mayford

Oh dear another landlord gone pop. Currently under temporary management.

The Red Lion Inn, Horsell

Very expensive to eat and drink here, very spacious pub with a friendly efficient waitress, nice garden

The Plough Inn, Horsell

Food is basic pub grub but okay. Real Ales are great, atmosphere clicky and pub is full of old boys with grumpy attitudes.

The Inn At West End, West End

Great food but very expensive. Decor a bit odd and not sure if they are a pub trying to be a restaurant or a restaurant with a bar.

The New Inn, Send

It's a nice pub to sit outside and watch the comings and goings of the canal. It is however very expensive and not overly welcoming.

Archee's Bar and Restaurant, Woking

Much better bet than the Goldie. Adult conversation, pleasant bar staff and a reasonable pint worth a visit.

The Goldsworth Arms, Woking

What's happened to the Goldie? It's now an overpriced dive. The bar staff are so young they're barely adolescents, and are more interested in talking to each other than serving beer. If you're looking for a cheap pint and some relatively intelligent conversation then give this pub a miss. The only thing lower than the bar staff's ages are their i.q.'s.

The Bird in Hand, Mayford

I was expecting something a little more up market in Mayford, prefer the Mayford Arms, at least the bar staff in there can be bothererd to serve you! The bar staff in this pub are either rude or man mad!

The Crown and Anchor, Old Woking

Superb! Great atmosphere, friendly staff cheapest pint in the village, only pub in Old Woking showing Sky Sports, and great food too!
