Unfortunately, this pub is owned by Punch, which is the biggest leased pub operator in the country. This pub has been on the market for yonks. I was interested in it myself many months ago but the PubCo deal was too tight with a high rent and buying beer at inflated prices. I can only assume that they have not been able to get anyone to take on the lease permanently as I had an email from Punch last week saying the pub was back on the market. I still wouldn't be interested particularly if they've managed to have the licensing hours cut back. Coukld potentially be a good place if it wasn't for a greedy PubCo.
