Nice pub, went during afternoon last Saturday, stopped for a couple, Hofbrau export good quality and barmaid a nice fresh air - enjoyed but would prefer to see what the evening atmosphere is like!

Stopped here last weekend on way back from Crawley, was another pub next door but tried this and found the setting really relaxed. Beer choices not the usual carlsberg/fosters jobbies but Hofbrau Cold/Export etc...went for the cold and fairly average. Nice beer garden and looked a nice pub for an evening meal. Will probably visit again - recommended

The Wheatsheaf, Rumbolds Hill
Was in Midhurst today and looked for something reasonable for lunch. It ended up as a toss up between the Wheatsheaf and the Pizza Express. Opted for here and found this a real nice pub. Lad behind bar very helpful and meal excellent, chips slightly underdone but really good portions made up for that. Hofbrau on draught was reasonable. Recommended.
