Pub was boarded up and firmly closed.

Not the nicest place in Crawley, beer okay but not as bad as Shades

Really disappointed with this pub's attitude to the recent England U21 games.

Last night, they had the semi-final against Holland showing on just one poxy screen in the corner -- no sound on -- despite at least a third and maybe more of the punters in at that the time clearly wanting to watch it.

And yet on all the other screens (and through the sounds system) they were playing the most bland, insipid, frankly irritating music you could imagine -- WHICH NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS PAYING ATTENTION TO.

Whichever management goon decided this would be the best policy clearly is in the wrong job, and cost the pub a lot of money. Naturally I and I'm sure many others took our custom elsewhere.
