| The 8 December report on the food is backed up by people I've talked with. HOWEVER - the new chef was quickly found out and sacked, and reports of his replacement are glowing. On my recent visits I have noticed a slight diminution in the "body" of the beers - nothing wrong with colour or flavour, but lacking body slightly.
