| What a crying shame. Moved away from the area some years ago, but this was one of my favourite places for a proper pint and occasional entertainment. What a busy place it used to be it should have been capable of staying in business. | This Pub in the sixties had well know groups playing there like Chris Farlow,The Who,Long John Baldrey, The Downliner Set .Zoot Money and many more.The Landlord at the time was a guy called Walley.
